I have to tell everyone how awesome my hubby is!
So I have been wanting a dyson vacuum cleaner forever. We have hardwood floors and tile throughout our entire house. And I spend a ton of my time cleaning these floors. Let me tell you the process I would go through to get them sparkling clean: sweep twice, mop, vacuum. This process would take quite some time and I am one of those people who cleans the house three times a week. (I guess I am a little obsessive about having any type of dirt lying around. I don't like it one bit!) With two kids, a husband and a dog who is shedding her puppy coat and winter coat, our floors get dirty pretty quick. So Jon surprised me for V-day with an awesome Dyson Ball Animal Vacuum. (the animal model has a special attachment for picking up animal hair) I was soooo excited! I haven't stopped cleaning since. I absolutely love it! Now for all of you skeptics out there. Let me just say that everything you hear on the commercials about the Dyson is absolutely true! I can use it on all my hard surfaces and it really picks everything up. It doesn't spit out the back like some of the other vacs. And the hose extension is sooo easy to use and has super suction. I use it under my cabinets, couchs etc. Jon and I were both commenting on how clean the floors feel. It is soooo awesome!!! So now my cleaning routine is as follows: dyson the floor and mop. Yippee!!! I have literally cut down my cleaning time by half. Which means I have more time to sit around and eat bon bons. Whoo hooo!!! I also find myself just getting the dyson out to pick up a randon crumb or too simply because it is so much fun to use! Ok, so I will stop with my infomercial now.
I love my hubby so much, he is just a stud! I couldn't have asked for a greater gift! (also, photography by Jadyn. She is really getting pretty good.)

We love our dyson! We've had it for four years now and it is awesome. I don't even OWN a broom! People think I'm gross but that is because they don't even understand the power of dyson!!
I **LOVE** my Dyson too.. JD got it for me for Christmas like 4 years ago and it is awesome- so awesome that JD will even use it! It's like magic, a vacuum that a husband will use (that should put that in the commercials!)
I've always wanted a Dyson Vacuum. I covet them everytime I'm at Costco, but I just can't bring myself to spend that kind of money. ho hum... maybe someday in the future.
Very cool. We have all wood & concrete flooring & want a dyson too. I hear they are FABULOUS from everyone who owns one. Your input was very persuasive - I think I'm gonna have to splurge & get one too!!
